Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Growcake at growcake.co, operated by Growcake (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using Growcake, you agree to them. If you use Growcake for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
The service
Growcake analyses websites, recommends SEO work, prepares briefs, articles and images with AI, and can publish or update content on websites you connect. Features, limits and integrations may change as the product develops.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity in your account.
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter into these terms.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Websites and connections
- Add only websites you own or are authorized to manage, and connect only Search Console properties and publishing destinations you are allowed to use.
- You authorize Growcake to read public pages of those websites and, when you connect them, to read data from and publish to the services you connect, within the settings you choose.
- You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for revoking them when access should end.
AI-generated content
- Recommendations, briefs, articles and images are generated with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. Review them before publishing.
- You decide what is published. When you enable Autopilot publishing, content that passes its checks is published on your schedule on your behalf; you remain responsible for it.
- As between you and us, you own the content generated for you and the content you provide. You give us the rights needed to process it to run the service.
- Do not use Growcake to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings and traffic depend on search engines and many factors outside our control. Scores and estimates in Growcake are our own heuristics, not predictions from Google or any search engine. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing or revenue.
Acceptable use
You may not: misuse or overload the service; try to access other users' data; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; use it to crawl or publish to sites you are not authorized to; use automation to create accounts or bypass plan limits; or resell it without our permission.
Plans and limits
Plans include usage limits (for example websites, analyses, generated articles and images per month). We may change plans and limits with notice. If paid plans are offered, prices, billing and refunds will be shown before you buy and form part of these terms.
Third-party services
Growcake works with third-party services such as Google, your CMS, and our data and AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Growcake and delete your websites at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or others. Content already published to your websites stays there.
Disclaimers
Growcake is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Growcake in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date; for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Growcake after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye, unless the law of your country of residence gives you other rights as a consumer.
